Acceptable Use of WavelengthMusic.com

Content includes, but is not limited to:

HTML (Web) pages, including all linked content
FTP files in personal or anonymous disk areas
email text and/or attached files

WavelengthMusic.com, as a general rule, will not examine personal directory contents. If, however, WavelengthMusic.com is made aware in any manner of content that the WavelengthMusic.com administration deems, in its sole discretion, to be unacceptable, WavelengthMusic.com retains the right to remove or deny access to such content.

The following types of content, in either visual graphic, auditory, or text descriptive, are prohibited on WavelengthMusic.com systems or through any of its associations via website links:

Nudity
Indecent
Obscene
Cursing
Spamming (excessive, unsolicited, mass emailings)
Violence
Slanderous
Libelous
Threatening or otherwise harassing
Copying or reproduction of any content without written permission from Wavelength Music and Art to Life Productions Copyrighted without owners permission In violation of any state or federal law

In addition, any activity intended to disrupt any parties' use or enjoyment of the WavelengthMusic.com service is unacceptable.  Any client information given to Wavelength Music will not be sold or shared at any time for any reason.
